Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

We currently deliver to:

All major cities and towns within South Africa

If we are unable to deliver to a specific area, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Estimated delivery times:

Major cities: 2–3 business days

Outlying / rural areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, public holidays).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available).
  • You can use this to track your delivery through the courier’s tracking system.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Csutra.co.za is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives:

  • With items missing,

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@csutra.co.za, including:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging and products

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work with reliable couriers, Csutra.co.za cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or force majeure events

We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.
